1. Information Collection and Use
1.1 Photo Processing
- The app does not require account creation
- The app does not collect or store personal information on its own servers
- Some image editing features run fully locally on your device
1.2 AI-Powered Background Removal
- Photos are uploaded to our servers only when you use background removal or AI enhancement features
- Photos are retained only for the time necessary to complete the processing (typically a few seconds)
- Photos are not saved or stored beyond the processing time required
- We do not maintain a history of your uploaded images
2. Data Storage and Security
- Uploaded temporarily only for AI processing features
- Not stored permanently on our servers
- Deleted immediately after processing is complete
- Saved locally on your device only at your discretion
3. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
