Portrait Studio is provided by Umit Kaya. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Portrait Studio mobile application.
Information Collection and Use
Portrait Studio is designed with privacy in mind.
- The app does not require account creation
- The app does not collect or store personal information on its own servers
- Most image editing features run fully locally on your device
For certain AI-powered features (such as background removal, cartoon effects, or AI-based portrait generation), images may be temporarily processed using third-party AI services.
Third-Party AI Processing (DeepAI)
- Images are uploaded only when required for an AI feature
- Images are not stored by Portrait Studio
- Images are retained by third-party services only for the time necessary to process the request
- Portrait Studio does not maintain a history of uploaded images
Local Processing
Image previews, filters, visual effects, borders, and overlay editing operate entirely on-device and do not transmit data.
Log Data
In case of an app error or crash, diagnostic data (device type, OS version, crash logs) may be collected for performance improvement only. This is not used to identify users.
Children's Privacy
Portrait Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
